The Shire has been made aware that a number of residents in the Gelorup area are having issues with their residential water bores. Residents have reported that issues have occurred over the last 2 to 3 weeks, stating a lack of water and pressure.

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) is responsible for managing the State’s water resources.

The Shire, on behalf of Gelorup residents, is making urgent contact with DWER to better understand this recent situation. Any information obtained will be communicated publicly as soon as possible.
