Sports Participation Scheme

   

The Sports Participation Scheme provides financial assistance to residents of the Shire of Capel who are representing their sport at State, National, or international level competitions.

To be eligible for funding under the scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Residency Requirement: Applicants must reside within the Shire of Capel. Proof of residency may be requested, such as documentation showing a residential address within the Shire.
• Claim Limit: Eligible participants may submit one application per financial year. This ensures funding is distributed fairly across the community and supports a broad range of participants and sporting opportunities.

By adhering to these eligibility criteria, residents of the Shire of Capel can avail themselves of the benefits offered by the Sports Participation Scheme to support their endeavours in sports competitions at various levels.
