WA Seniors' Week is a special time of celebration.
The Shire of Capel celebrated Seniors' Week by hiring a charter bus to take seniors all around the Shire, visiting all our historical buildings and sharing historical information about these buildings. The tour included a lovely roast buffet lunch at the Boyanup Tavern. Eight seniors signed up on the day to share their oral histories and stories at a later date.

A special thank you to Judy Hearne and Jennifer Scott for volunteering their time in researching and sharing the historical information about the Shire.
