The Shire has received an application for Development Approval, seeking approval for the development of a three (3) storey Multiple Dwelling Development consisting of 50 apartments.
The applicant has submitted the following proposal:
· Three storey building configuration;
· 50 apartments (32 x 1-bedroom and 18 x 2-bedrooms);
· Apartment sizes ranging from 47m² to 77m²;
· 15 onsite resident car parking bays;
· Associated landscaping and communal areas.
