Portobello Road Closure - ALDI Construction Works

From Monday 15 June to Monday 22 June (weekdays only), works will be underway on Portobello Road to construct the new entry and car park for the upcoming ALDI development.

🕖 Work hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm

During these works:
🔹 The western (northbound) lane of Portobello Road will be closed.
🔹 Traffic management will be in place to assist motorists.
🔹 Some existing on-street parking bays on Portobello Road will be temporarily unavailable.
🔹 Pedestrian detours will remain in place while sections of the footpath are removed and reconstructed.

✅ The road closure will be removed outside of work hours, with both lanes reopening from 5:00pm to 7:00am each day.

We appreciate your patience while these improvements are completed. The finished works will provide access to the new ALDI store, including plenty of additional customer parking.

Please allow extra travel time and follow all traffic management signage when travelling through the area.
