The public is hereby notified that the Shire of Capel will be holding a Special Ordinary Council Meeting in the Capel Council Chambers, Shire of Capel Administration Building, Forrest Road, Capel, on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, commencing at 6.00 pm.

5. Endorsement of Referral Response – Proposed Bunnings Warehouse and Associated Earthworks – Lots 502 and 505 (538) Bussell Highway, Dalyellup
6. Revision to Model Code of Conduct For Council Members, Committee Members and Candidates
7. CEO Leave for 26 June – 9 July 2026 and Acting Arrangements
