The current Dalyellup Library will officially close on Monday, 25 May 2026 as we begin preparing for the move into the brand-new Dalyellup Library & Youth Hub ๐
This exciting next chapter brings a purpose-built community space right next to the skate park at the end of Tiffany Centre, featuring a modern library, youth spaces, bookable rooms, and more for our growing community.

The new Dalyellup Library & Youth Hub will officially open on Saturday, 4 July 2026 with a Community Open Day, and everyone will be invited to come explore the new space ๐โจ
We know a big move like this can raise a few questions, so here are some quick answers to help during the transition:

Capel Library and Withers Library will be the closest available library locations while Dalyellup Library is temporarily closed.

All items borrowed from Dalyellup Library will automatically have their due dates extended to 4 July 2026.

If Dalyellup is your home library, all holds will be available for pickup from Capel Library during the closure period.

All bookable spaces within the new hub will be available through SpacetoCo.

Hall hire keys can be collected and returned via Customer Service at the Shire of Capel Administration Office, 31 Forrest Road, Capel.
