PA310/2025 - PROPOSED MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
The Shire of Capel has received a Development Application for a $30 million Mixed Use Development across Capel Drive and Forrest Road.
The proposal includes:
Short Stay Accommodation (adjacent to the existing Tavern, which will remain)
Over 55s Lifestyle Village & Clubhouse Facilities
Mixed Use Retail & Apartment Development on Forrest Road
Because of the scale of the project, the application will be determined by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
Submissions close: 5 January 2026
