The much-anticipated DMCYC project reached a significant milestone in December 2024 with the awarding of the contract to Perkins. Since then, the momentum has been building, and as we step into 2025, work on this landmark development is well underway.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿:

Design and Planning: Since December 2024, Perkins has been conducting a comprehensive design review and advancing shop drawing development to ensure precision and quality in every detail.
𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗢𝗻 𝟲 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
• Installation of site fencing.
• Service location activities.
• Establishment of a fully operational site office.
• Civil works commencing, including ground leveling to prepare the site for the next stages of construction.
This progress marks an exciting chapter for the DMCYC project, showcasing Perkins’ dedication to swift mobilisation and detailed planning. Their commitment ensures this iconic structure will be delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
