The development involves:

•    Extraction of sand from 1.3ha over two stages;
•    Extraction volumes are estimated to be 20,000m3;
•    Rehabilitation of the site to native vegetation with batters of 1:6 and with a finished level achieving a 2m groundwater separation;
•    Haulage is proposed along Skippings Road to Brookdale Road to Fowler Road to Boyanup Road West.
•    A maximum of 12 truck movements per day is proposed with capacity ranging from 10m3 to 18m3 (six wheelers and semi tippers)
