Nominations for the Shire of Capel Volunteer Honorariums are now open and will close at 4 pm on Friday, 31 October 2025. Community members can nominate a deserving volunteer to receive a one-off honorarium payment of up to $500 in recognition of their services.
To nominate, please provide detailed information about the volunteer’s activities, their impact on the community, and any relevant accomplishments. The chosen recipients will be announced at the Shire’s annual Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony and Community Awards on 26 January 2026.
