β—Ύ Enhanced Safety: The road now features a 7-metre-wide sealed surface with 1-metre sealed shoulders on each side, significantly improving safety for vehicles, including heavy haulage trucks and farm machinery.
β—Ύ State Investment: Stages 4 to 6 were partly funded through the Main Roads WA Regional Road Group program, with a total contract value of $2,777,150.
β—Ύ Comprehensive Upgrades: All infrastructure along the road has been upgraded or renewed leading to improvements in drainage, road alignment, visibility and shoulder seal
β—Ύ Total Investment: The cumulative investment in Boyanup Road West stands at $4,329,500, reflecting our commitment to regional infrastructure.

These upgrades are part of the Shire’s commitment to road safety improvements and infrastructure maintenance, as well as the broader Regional Road Safety Program, which aims to improve thousands of kilometres of regional roads across Western Australia by implementing safety treatments like shoulder sealing and audible edge lines.
We extend our gratitude to the community for their patience during the construction process.
