The Infringement Review form can only be submitted by the recipient of the infringement.

Please Note:
1. This is a statutory form and providing false or misleading information is an offence.
2. This document may be produced as evidence should an infringement be withdrawn and referred to the Magistrates Court.
3. All appeals must be made within 28 days of the offence.

Infringements may be withdrawn in the following circumstances (supporting documentation must be lodged):

- You were not the driver at the time of the infringement issue and you have supplied the driver's name and address details

- Vehicle broke down. RAC Callout documentation or other evidence of mechanical failure)

- Disabled parking permit display that had fallen off the dashboard

- Immediate medical attention being undertaken/required by the driver

- Special circumstances relating to Mental health issues at the time of the infringement issue

- Exceptional circumstances

- Failure to pay or appeal your infringement within 28 days will result in additional penalty costs

- Infringements may be withdrawn and referred to the Magistrates Court for hearing.

Invalid Reasons:

- Running late, could not find a park, did not understand signage, did not see the sign, was only there a minute, and others such as the above are not exceptional circumstances and will not be accepted as grounds for withdrawal.
