Youth Organisations - Expression of Interest

Youth organisations play a vital role in supporting, empowering and connecting young people. By participating in this event, organisations have the opportunity to engage directly with young people aged 10–25, promote positive programs and services, and contribute to a safe, inclusive and youth-friendly community celebration.

As this is a youth-focused event, child safety is a priority. All staff, contractors and volunteers representing organisations at the event are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC). This requirement supports a safe environment for young people and aligns with the Shire of Capel’s Child Safe practices and the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.

Completion of this EOI will help us curate a diverse, engaging and supportive event experience for young people, while ensuring safety, accessibility and positive community outcomes.

Youth-focused organisations that provide:
• Support services
• Mental health and wellbeing programs
• Education, training, or employment pathways
• Arts, recreation or cultural activities
• Youth leadership or volunteering opportunities
• Community engagement or social connection initiatives

Stalls should be interactive, youth-friendly, and engaging.
