Join us at 6pm on Wednesday 6 March 2024 in the Dalyellup Community Centre for the General Meeting of Electors.
Attendees wishing to vote on motions must be eligible ratepayers and are encouraged to register in advance at

Following the adoption of the Annual Report 2022-2023, the purpose of the meeting is to consider the Report for the 2022/23 financial year, to report back on motions from the last Annual Meeting and any other business of the electors of the district.
π–π‘πšπ­’𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞π₯𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫?
An elector is a ratepayer or a resident who is enrolled to vote in the Shire. Once you have registered, we'll check your electoral status against the electoral roll. You'll need to provide proof of enrolment in the Shire of Capel if you're not on the electoral roll.

You can vote on a motion by a simple show of hands after it's been moved, seconded and recorded.
The result will be announced at the meeting and recorded in the minutes.
Council will consider successful motions at its next meeting. Secret voting is not permitted.
