Owners of mobile food vehicles, stall holders and traders require a permit to trade within the Shire of Capel.
This Policy (Policy 5.4 Trading in Public Places) sets out Council’s conditions of approval for issuing permits in accordance with Part 5 of the ‘Shire of Capel Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading In Public Places Local Law.’ It also identifies areas within the Shire of Capel where trading is permitted in accordance with Permit conditions.
Complete the Stallholders Permit Application and submit it to info@capel.wa.gov.au for assessment.
