Public notice

Under the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, Saracen Properties have prepared the proposed local structure plan for Lot 1 (No.10) Capel Drive, Capel.

Plans and documents are available at our administration building until Thursday 18 February 2021.

Submissions

Submissions requirements:

1. Addressed to the acting CEO in writing to info@capel.wa.gov.ay or PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271.
2. Include the structure plan name, affected property and details of the submission
3. Quote, reference 264/2020.

Submissions close 18 February 2021.
