Community and Business Consultations – Retail Trading Hours and Economic Development Framework
The Shire of Capel is commencing 2 consultation processes regarding:
- The potential (further) deregulation of Retail Trading Hours (RTH) throughout the District.
- The development of the Shireโs first Economic Development Framework.
Interested community members and business / commercial stakeholders can participate in the consultation process in the following ways:
- Written submission โ written submissions may be an email or more detailed feedback attached to an email to rthreview@capel.wa.gov.auย ย Written submissions must be provided no later than 4.00pm on Friday, 3 March 2023.
- Consultation Meeting / Workshop attendance โ Interested community members and business owners can attend and participate in the following briefings / workshops:
