Disposal and Tender 22-17 | Disposal of Gelorup Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade Shed

The Shire of Capel proposes to dispose of the Gelorup Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade Shed to allow for the development of the new Gelorup Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade facility.

The market value of the disposition was assessed at $30,000 on 25 November 2022. The disposal and purchase of the shed will be by tender.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions on the disposal to info@capel.wa.gov.au or via hard copy at the Shire of Capel Office, 31 Forrest Road, Capel. Submissions must be received no later than 2.00pm (AWST), Thursday 22 December 2022.

The Shire of Capel is inviting Tenders for the outright purchase and demolition of the existing Gelorup Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade Shed structure located at Lot 429 Hasties Road, Gelorup WA 6230

A copy of the tender document must be obtained by registering your details via the Shire of Capel e-tendering portal website: https://portal.tenderlink.com/capel

Tender responses must be submitted electronically via the Shire of Capel e-tendering portal website no later than: 2.00pm (AWST), Thursday 22 December 2022.

Tenders submitted by facsimile or e-mail, as well as tenders submitted by hand or post will not be accepted for evaluation, the lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted.

Canvassing of any Shire of Capel Councillors or Officers will disqualify tenderers from the evaluation process.
