The Shire of Capels 2023 Citizenship Artwork Competition is open to all residents within the Shire.
Submit your letter, artwork, personal story, or any piece of work you would like our newest Citizens to receive at their ceremonies for the year.
- Entry is free- Participants may enter up to 3 submissions in total- Once the submission has been made, it becomes property of the Shire to use for promotional purposes including print and online media- The judge’s decision will be final and all winners announced 15th November 2023- Each submission must be made separately and include the entrant’s name, and a short description about the submission.
