We need your help – Shape the future of the Dalyellup Community with our working group.

About the project

Register your interest to join our working group. We have two positions available for community representatives to steer the direction of the Dalyellup multipurpose community centre, youth centre and skate park.

Help us plan for the multipurpose centre, youth and digital hubs and skatepark. This could include:

  • youth-centric spaces
  • multifunctional library
  • large meeting or function room
  • reception or entry
  • office space
  • public facilities including toilets, kitchen and storage
  • activity rooms for community members.

About the role

On this working group, you’ll help guide project scope to align with business case objectives and the financial assistance agreement. This includes concept planning,  draft design, stakeholder consultation and community consultation.

1. Meetings

You’ll need to attend working group meetings as required.

2. Reporting

You’ll report directly to the project members.

3. Represent Dalyellup

You’ll be the voice for the Dalyellup community.

Eligibility criteria

To register your expression of interest you’ll need:

  • previous experience in youth or community services field
  • previous experience on a committee
  • awareness of Dalyellup’s community priorities, issues and aspirations.

All expressions of interest are welcome. Youth members (15 years or older) are encouraged to apply.
