In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that Roman Catholic Church Bunbury has prepared the Local Structure Plan for Lot 1 Harewoods Road, Dalyellup.
The proposed Local Structure Plan for Lot 1 Harewoods Road, Dalyellup provides for the residential subdivision of the land with associated roads and public open space.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the proposed Local Structure Plan are available for inspection during office hours at the Shire Administrative Office in Forrest Road, Capel and Dalyellup Library Portobello Road, Dalyellup.
Submissions on the proposed modifications to the Local Structure Plan can be lodged in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Capel, PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271 or by email to info@capel.wa.gov.au and are to include the Structure Plan name, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged on or before Thursday
20 October 2022. Please quote PA131/2022.
Please note: The proposed Local Structure Plan amendment is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the Structure Plan amendment does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the Shire of Capel or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
