About the proposal

The Capel to Leschenault coastline is highly valued, however the coastline is constantly changing.

To understand how these changes can be best managed into the future, the Peron Naturaliste Partnership (PNP) and the City of Bunbury and the Shires of Capel, Dardanup and Harvey have partnered with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions and Southern Ports Authority to develop a Draft Coastal Hazard Risk Management and Adaptation Plan (CHRMAP).

The draft plan is out for public comment until 16 June 2023. You can view the plan at https://www.peronnaturaliste.org.au/projects/capel-to-leschenault-coastal-hazard-risk-management-adaptation-plan/
