Aged Persons Accommodation
The Shire of Capel has three (3) units in Thomas Street, Boyanup that are available for aged persons accommodation.
To be eligible for this accommodation the following will apply:
- A person must be of pensionable age;
- The Shire of Capel shall give preference to applicants for tenancy to residents of the Shire of Capel district; and
- Residency shall be for a period of natural life, subject to the residents remaining physically fit and able to look after himself/herself and maintain the premises in a normal manner.
