Information for inclusion in the Community Directory will only be accepted from a registered user representing an organisation
The registered user representing an organisation must keep the information supplied to Council up to date, and must advise the Shire of Capel immediately they cease to represent the organisation
Council may, at its sole discretion, refuse to publish material which is, in its opinion, racist, unlawful, threatening, abusive, indecent, defamatory or otherwise illegal
Council reserves the right to approve, reject, edit or remove any listings at its sole discretion
Community Directory listings are provided to Council by the registered user and the Shire of Capel takes no responsibility for any inaccuracies contained within these listings
