Annual Community Awards

The Shires' Annual Community Awards will be held on January 24th at the Boyanup Hugh Kilpatrick Hall.

This is an annual event that acknowledges and recognises the wonderful work that volunteers do within the community.

Each year the Shire calls for nominations for the following categories

• Citizen of the Year
• Young Citizen of the Year
• Community Group / Event of the Year
• Young Sportsperson of the Year

Individuals and groups can be self nominated or nominated by others in the Community.  Nominations will be accepted throughout the year closing on 23rd November 2012.

If you know of someone or a group that is providing an excellent service to the community, is a role model or a pillar of strength in the community - take the opportunity to nominate them now.
